WHY THIS WEBSITE

My mission is to provide exceptional urological care to my patients with compassion and professionalism. 

I aim for kindness, a high level of competence, and, to steal a phrase from the great physician William Osler, Aquanimitas. 

As a board certified urologist beginning practice in July, 2000 I specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of urological conditions: prostate cancer, bladder cancer, kidney cancer, kidney stones, men's health concerns including enlarged prostate and erectile dysfunction, urinary tract infections, blood in the urine, and other urologic complaints and concerns.

On these pages you will find information about the conditions that I treat. My goal is to provide simple and clear explanations for diagnosis and treatment options. This site is not comprehensive for all urologic conditions. It is intended to act as a supplement to your care, not a substitute for it.
